I'm going to go ahead and pretend the last paragraph doesn't exist even though I'm 95% certain it's aimed at me. I won't put any real math in the post, but I will tell you a better alternative that I came up with when those teq patch notes leaked (the ones that didn't really happen, which I assume are the same as the ones you're talking about).
30/10/0/0/30The main difference is this build keeps the 10 in discipline for the 10% crit damage increase and the 15% crit chance. The build you posted gets 460 precision, which equates to an additional 21% crit chance. The problem with that is the crit chance caps at 100%. The Heightened focus build already hits the cap even with 6% less crit chance, so having that extra precision is basically worthless. Not to mention you're wasting a minor trait by increasing the crit chance of your burst skill by an additional 10% instead of getting a whole meager might stack from having 25 in discipline. If I were you I would put signet of might on that bar instead of fury. Basically I'm saying the additional 10 points into Arms is useless, and without math I sound condescending when I say it, but it's true.
With the build I posted your personal DPS will be roughly the same as before the change to empower allies because you're losing 80 precision (3% crit chance is lost from the existing 103%. How will I crit now?) and gaining 30 power and ~3 vulnerability stacks. Yours has the same crit chance, but less power and crit damage.
But as you said, you're not looking for better alternatives. I guess this is so other people can know they exist.
