I dabbled in guru for a while. Such a negative place. I still read once in a while but I don't have an account.

• How often do you play, and during what times/days?

I play most days, after work (starting around 6:30 pm Eastern), and a fair amount on weekends.

29 (next one's gonna suck...), US Eastern time

• How did you hear about ToA (friend, forum, etc)? If you know anyone currently in ToA please name them.

Well...at this moment I'm still in RoJ, which just left ToA alliance. So before that...I was in ToA alliance. I don't know any of you particularly well yet, but I've been on a few solid runs with Evo, Tokie, Mooky, Barbie, et al.

• What are the in-game activities at which you excel (keyword: excel)? Please be specific.

Uh...I'm not sure one can really "excel" at calling spikes for DoAsc, but I've run VoR for almost every run I've done since I joined RoJ a few months ago (at which time I'd previously done almost no DoA). Otherwise I'm pretty good at general PvE Mesmer-ing. Maybe I'm just humble, but I don't tend to think of myself as excelling. Always learning.

• Briefly describe why you want to join ToA .

As I mentioned above, I was in the alliance, in RoJ, which did a fair bit of DoAsc. Not record times, but we consistently pulled off sub-hour runs, often with new mesmers and monks. The 3 primary DoA players (including our only 2 truly experienced tanks) left recently to join zraw. While I joined RoJ for a number of reasons, title hunting among them, I've realized that since learning DoA and learning other areas with various allies, the high end stuff has become my main motivation for playing. I still want to finish a ton of titles on Prince (incl HM missions and vq's), get 50/50 in my hall, etc., but from what I've seen, ToA is a guild that will give me lots of opportunity for all that, while also giving me the opportunity to keep learning and perfecting speed clears, etc., and on more than just my mesmer and rit. As I mentioned to Evo earlier, RoJ and ToA have the same guild hall, but I never got confused because ToA's was always buzzing with people forming up groups for various things.

• What makes you an asset to the guild; what makes you stand apart?

What, writing like an under-employed lawyer isn't enough for you? I'm usually up to try anything, even if it means going and getting some skills and coming on a run tomorrow instead. I also take a cerebral approach to the game (laughter slowly swells): while I follow instructions well, I'm not content without understanding the purpose behind those instructions. It helps me internalize, which in turn helps me execute, and ultimately to adapt when tactics change, or something doesn't go as planned and you need to scramble to avoid a wipe. And it makes me a pretty quick learner, as I'm guessing Ghost, Brad, or GMike would tell you.

• How many Maxed Titles do you have, and what are they?

Not enough. Prince has 3 protectors, party, LB, and sunspear. Sweet Schadenfreude has Asuran. It's ambitious, but I'd like to get gwamm on Prince. I only seriously started pushing a couple months ago.

• What elite areas can each of your characters visit?

Prince can go anywhere. My rit can go to UW, FoW, and The Deep. Necro and Warrior can access UW, FoW, and ToPK. Sin, and I believe Derv and Ranger, can access UW and FoW.

• Can you please name your past guilds if possible

Well, the most notable so far has been RoJ. Before that I was in Eternal Lords of the [Rush], which was in RoJ's old alliance. It had some good people but suffered from a host of problems, not the least of which was lack of activity outside of EotN dungeon assassin speed clears. That's why my Sin has max Asuran. It's also one of the reasons I got bored and left (another being the "everyone's an officer" policy, which means douchebags can't get kicked unless the far-too-forgiving leader witnesses something egregious). I joined Rush originally about a year ago. I spent my first year playing the game in a few utterly forgettable guilds.

• Any Additional comments you may have?

I know some of you sort of know me, but I also know that I've been playing the game less than half as long as most of you, and I really lack some of the development you probably prefer in new members. So I don't want anyone to feel obligated to /accept if you don't feel everyone would benefit. Either way, developing my other characters is a pretty high priority to me.
