My connection is being a bastard. Started yesterday and I have a technician scheduled to come out on Saturday morning to check it out.
I am pretty sure the modem is going bad because if I so much as touch it the thing disconnects. 

I can surf the web but cant do ANYTHING that requires streaming or playing games.

Here is the ping test of the BEST results I have seen all night. Its usually packetloss around 10% or more.
