| A ginger? denied! In all seriousness though, You have two professions we use constantly and you seem like a very active player. After talking with you earlier I feel like you would be a good fit.

| I think we can forgive your gingerosity because you were honest about it - I like that attitude. ...but you're 16? I seem to recall we have a 17+ rule. | |

| The application template was out of date but is now corrected, because you didn't know about the age requirement and it's kind of our mistake, we are willing to give you a shot on a few trial runs and see how you can handle yourself in a team. | |

You were always the person that at the end of a group arugment went "Yeah" werent you? But app looks good, as for the underage issue, lets be honest our humor isn't that high brow (think of our password) so I think an trial is in order to see ya in action

| What will happen is that a few of the officers including myself will add you to friends and try to catch you for a couple dungeon runs. This will be to test your ability to work with our tactics/people in the guild and for us to see your skill level. I have added you to friends and will contact you in the next day or so. | |

| Figured since I didn't post on here before I'd say hey and give a late +1 even though Trevor has been moved to probationary status.
Did a couple runs with Trevor, his trial run and TA FF and Up. I led the run in TA and he did great. Pretty chill dude, but could use a new headset! (just teasin' ya trevor.)

| Nice fellow, we did a 26 FotM with some peeps. All in all a good player, but I guess this lv 26 fractal wasn't too good as trial runs go, I couldn't say if it was the lack of eperience, or just not your cup of tea but you could use some learning.
A good mention for keeping a great attitude throughout the dungeon, I would advice reading up a bit on our forums, we have a good amount of useful threads for our runs/builds (I.E. bringing a WvW build in PvE isn't the best), but I can't give a +1 for this actually, unless I end up doing more runs with you

gonna have to disagree there, and not just because of the build (I'm not sure what it was but it wasn't working out)... or even the 10 AR, which is something you should work on before doing any more 20+ fractals. For someone who clearly isn't very experienced, you need to talk less - it can be really distracting. Unless you're one of the most knowledgeable players in the party, you shouldn't be trying to direct the team; just let someone else do that and listen. I should also add that he had to leave before the end of our run because his stepmother needed him, which is an ominous reflection on the age issue...

| I've been on a few runs with Trevor, and I have to be honest, none of them have been good experiences. Lack of experience with dungeons and a lack of maturity seem to be a problem. I have to agree with Misty on several issues.
Face pulling Kholer, while we were waiting on Liz to join us, and we clearly said wait for her to catch up...it led to a wipe. Another example, in the same dungeon path, was a mob that we all agreed to avoid aggroing. Trevor aggroed them, and when asked about it by Kyler, his response was "is it really that big of a deal?"
I'm usually not this harsh. I understand that he's young. I just don't feel like it's fair to the people giving him a chance, when he isn't listening or caring much.

I have not done much with Trevor yet and have not posted on his application until now. Overall I enjoy socially active people and I like that you are branching out to get to know people. However, Please remember that you are on a probationary period where we are watching to see how you fit in with our groups and our tactics. Do not attempt to lead a team at this time and do not treat us like pugs that just "deal with it" when mistakes are made.

| Did an AC P3 (with PUGs, was not actually aware he was guild until I noticed his tag halfway through, he did significantly better on his 50 ele than the 80 ele PUG), CM story (PUGS), CM P1 (PUGS), CM P2 (MORE PUGS), and TA story (FULL GUILD RUN) with him.
Refused to get an 80 when we wanted to do TA exp mode because he was trying to power level his ele from 50 to 80. He didn't join the run, but it was a bit irritating to me. Perhaps he was unaware he could ask to switch at the end of the dungeon path for the exp. Apparently he drained all his money on dyes or something so he was unable to power level through crafting.
Slightly annoying voice on TS. Not a terrible player.

Slightly annoying voice on TS. Not a terrible player. I was in that TA run and as far as I was aware we were only doing the story then I had planned on doing other story modes of dungeons. I'm pretty sure he said he was coming with, either way minor details. I told him it was fine to bring a lower level character since it was just story mode and nothing tough. I also don't think (whether you believe it to be true or not) that saying someone has an annoying voice is necessary. If anything, "quiet down a bit" would have been more appropriate if you found that he talked a lot for the sake of communication of the group as a whole on TS. Sort of a rude comment.

| I haven't said much on this application since Trevor started his probationary period, despite having done many runs with him already. I know my say isn't much, but I wanted to drop a line. I had a few bad experiences with him towards the beginning, but through some minor stubbornness he has shown improvement as far as listening and communicating with the group goes in the dungeons I've done with him. I felt it would be worth noting that I did do a couple dungeons with him yesterday and he did great.
Being social on TS is awesome, I love having more people to talk to, but my only recommendation is that you remember, like any conversation you give everyone a chance to speak and remember that if someone is leading a run that you listen to what they need to say and try your best to communicate as an effective member of the party. I haven't been in ToA long, but we try to be an organized high end guild, without pressuring our members too much as far as specifics. So despite a more casual approach, we are a organized guild and expect the same kind of attitude.
Again, I know what I have to say on the matter isn't much, but due to a lot of negativity in regards to this app, I wanted to put my 10 cents in. I feel that Trevor has the capability to be a decent player, he just needs a little more support. Treating him with negativity will not help him improve. I personally don't care about the skill level of the people I play with but more so their willingness to learn and listen when someone experienced is leading the way.

| I have done a few runs with Trevor in the last couple of days. From my observations he did come into the guild with a kind of attitude that we were "pugs" but from the last couple of runs I did with him he seemed to have recognized that we have distinct leaders in the guild that have a lot of experience with certain dungeons. I was on the said TA story mode with AOTT, Liz, and Quoki. I did not find anything wrong in this run except a couple mistakes with spawning 2 initiates because there was no instruction from any others to not interact with the blossoms (which I didn't even know was bad due to first time doing full TA story). All in all I think we should monitor Trevor more and I at this time have no complaints with him. | |
